Money Questions

Purpose

Identify the questions for which being named in an AI answer would matter to trust, referrals, reputation or revenue.

You'll create: 20 candidate questions, a prioritized top 10, and three questions to work on first, with scoring.

Ingredients

Bring these approved artifacts into the same AI thread:

Question categories to cover (from the workbook):

  • Problem
  • Category
  • Recommendation
  • Comparison
  • Trust
  • Fit
  • Local
  • Expert
  • Implementation

Working instruction

Continue in the same AI thread you used for earlier recipes. Paste only the prompt below. If you are arriving mid-sequence, open Start Here (Step 1) first, then reintroduce your saved approved outputs before running this prompt.

Full prompt

Copyable prompt
Using the approved Entity Identity, Brand Voice and Ideal Customer Profile, generate a MONEY QUESTIONS portfolio: questions for which it would be commercially or strategically valuable and credible for this entity to be named in an AI answer. Generate 20 questions across problem, category, recommendation, comparison, trust, fit, local, expert and implementation patterns. For each question provide: - Exact natural-language question - Audience and triggering situation - Funnel/decision stage - Why being named would matter - Credibility fit (1-5) - Business value (1-5) - Answerability with our current proof (1-5) - Risk of overclaiming or poor fit - Recommended priority Then select the top 10 and identify the top 3 to work on first. Exclude questions where we would not be a responsible or credible answer. Use the customer’s language rather than internal jargon.

If Copy Prompt fails, select the text in the panel above and copy manually.

Review checkpoint

Before you approve, check:

  • Questions match the approved ICP and offerings (no invented categories).
  • Scoring includes credibility fit, business value, answerability with current proof, overclaiming risk and recommended priority.
  • The path is complete: 20 candidates → top 10 → three to work on first.
  • Every uncertain claim carries an evidence label.
  • Nothing in the list implies proof you do not yet have.

Evidence labels (use exactly):

VERIFIED FACT INTERNAL ASSUMPTION MODEL HYPOTHESIS UNKNOWN

An 8/10 draft is a checkpoint for continuing, not approval to publish unsupported claims.

Approve and save

Save as: Artifact 4 - Money Questions

After you approve the output, save the full approved text outside this website (your notes, workbook tracker or shared drive). Clicking the button below does not approve or verify anything. It only copies the instruction to paste into your AI thread if you want a clean approval record.

Approve Artifact 4 - Money Questions as the working set for this entity. Confirm: 20 candidates reviewed, Top 10 prioritized, three first questions selected. Save the approved output as "Artifact 4 - Money Questions" and do not silently overwrite it in later steps. Protect approved items unless I explicitly ask to revise them.
